You have been told to eat less, cut carbs, fast until midday and train harder. For your presentation, some of that advice is not merely unhelpful — it is plausibly part of what is driving the problem.

This is four weeks with no deficit anywhere in them: four eating occasions a day, carbohydrate kept at dinner, and portions that are explicitly not scaled down for a lower body weight.

What is inside

24 pages · PDF

  • Four rules, each one a reversal of the standard advice, with the studies attached
  • 28 meals across four weeks, and four generated grocery lists
  • The six labs that separate an adrenal picture from an ovarian one
  • A page on low energy availability — what it looks like from the inside, and the correction
  • Troubleshooting that names weight gain honestly instead of hiding it

Who this is not for

Most guides skip this. It is the most useful section on the page, because a guide that is wrong for you does not fail gently — it costs you a month and convinces you the problem is your willpower.

  • Anyone with an eating disorder, or a history of one — a plan built around eating more can destabilise as much as one built around eating less
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Anyone on insulin or a sulfonylurea — the carbohydrate load is deliberately higher
  • Coeliac disease — sourdough, barley, couscous and pasta all appear
  • Anyone whose fasting insulin is clearly raised. Buy the 28-Day plan instead — and if you buy the wrong one, reply and we will send you the other at no charge

This is education, not medical care

Nothing in this guide is a diagnosis, a prescription, or a treatment plan. Talk to a qualified clinician before acting on it — especially if you are pregnant, trying to conceive, breastfeeding, under 18, taking prescription medication, or living with an eating disorder.

Questions

How do I know this is the right plan?
If your fasting insulin and HOMA-IR are clearly raised, you have acanthosis nigricans, and central weight gain is your main complaint, buy the 28-Day plan. If you buy the wrong one, reply to your receipt and we send you the other at no charge.
Will I gain weight?
Possibly, and the book says so rather than hiding it. If you were under-eating, some restoration is expected and is usually part of recovery. If it concerns you, that is a conversation with your doctor.
Has this plan been tested in a trial?
No, and page 22 says so in a box. The mechanism is well supported; the specific protocol is reasoned from it. The honest test is twelve weeks and a set of labs.
