Refund policy
These are instant downloads, so the terms are shorter than they would be for a physical product. Here they are in full.

The short version
Seven days. If a guide is not what you expected, email us within seven days of purchase and we will refund it. You do not need to justify the request, and you do not need to delete the file.
Two things that are usually better than a refund
If you bought the wrong guide, we will swap it. Several are deliberately written for opposite presentations — the 28-Day Meal Plan assumes insulin resistance, the Lean PCOS Meal Plan assumes the opposite. Buying the wrong one is our fault for not making the difference clear enough. Reply to your receipt and we will send the other at no charge, whatever the price difference.
If something in a guide is wrong, tell us. Corrections go into the next edition with an acknowledgement, and every previous buyer gets the update free. That is worth more to us than the sale.
Your legal rights, which are separate from the above
In the UK and the EU you normally have fourteen days to cancel a distance purchase. For digital downloads that right ends once the download begins — but only if, at checkout, you expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged that you were giving up the right to cancel. Our checkout asks for both, before payment.
If we ever failed to ask, the statutory fourteen days applies regardless of the seven days above. Nothing on this page removes a right you have by law.
What we cannot refund
- Purchases more than seven days old, unless the statutory right above applies
- A guide bought after we told you it was not for you
Every guide carries a "who this is not for" section — on its shop page above the price, and again inside the guide before the method. It is there so that a guide that is wrong for you costs you nothing rather than a month.
How to ask
Reply to your receipt, or email support@pcosguides.comfrom the address you bought with. We aim to answer inside two working days and to process a refund the same day we agree it. Refunds return to the original payment method and typically take five to ten days to appear, which is your bank's timing rather than ours.
Who you are buying from
PCOSguides, Wyoming, United States. We are the seller of record — payments are processed by Stripe, but the contract is with us, and so is the responsibility for it.
